Remote Access
If you would like to access another student's screen from your screen, follow these steps:
1) Click on the 
(Remote PC) button.
2) Then click on any desired student's workstation. In this example, I chose workstation 1.
These first two steps can be done in any order. You can choose to click on the student workstation first then the Remote PC button.
3) Immediately a window will appear that will display the student's screen.

Alternate method(Mosiac program is running)
This is an alternate method to access a student's screen remotely. You will need the "Mosiac" program running. Mosiac displays a thumbnail view of all the workstations in the room on the second monitor. If Mosiac is already running, follow these steps:
1) Move your mouse off the left edge of your screen. Your mouse will move to the second monitor where Mosiac is running.
2) Find the workstation you would like to view. The workstation number is the second set of numbers under the workstation thumbnails. In the picture below, the workstations in the picture are workstations 1, 2, and 3 from left to right.
3) Once you find the workstation you would like to view, double click on the thumbnail. The student's screen will now appear in a new window on your main screen.

Alternate method(Mosiac program isn't running)
This is an alternate method to access a student's screen remotely. You will need the "Mosiac" program running. Mosiac displays a thumbnail view of all the workstations in the room on the second monitor. If Mosiac isn't running, follow these steps:
1) Select the proper group that your students are in. If your students are in Group A and you would like a thumbnail view of their group, then select Group A.
2) Go to the menu in the top and click on "Other" then "Thumbnail view of group."
3) The Mosiac program will now open on the second monitor and display the screens of the workstations in the class. Follow the steps above from the "Alternate method(Mosiac program is running)" section to remotely view a screen.
